We offer a simplified franchise model that makes owning your own business easy. Various measures have been put in place to ensure that you are up and running efficiently from Day 1 and have the necessary support along the way. We offer you, the franchisee, a complete peace of mind solution and empower you to manage and develop a business even if you do not at first have the underlying entrepreneurial ability or experience.

The acquisition and payment of the franchise is structured according to a growth model allowing the franchisee to acquire the equipment in three stages depending on turnover and market penetration. This makes acquiring the franchise much simpler and less financially daunting. All equipment shall be acquired from the franchisor. The three acquisition stages are as follows:

STAGE 1 - START UP

Equipment for one complete working team and a number of daily maids is purchased from the franchisor.

Further to this each franchisee would acquire a Mollyvan (a special adapted Chana vehicle that is perfectly suited to the business).

This vehicle would be financed directly by the franchisee.

STAGE 2 - TURNOVER EXCEEDING R30 000 p/month

A further investment is made to establish a second team and equipment for further maids.

A small monthly fee is payable to the franchisor to cover the collective marketing, administrative and accounting fees.

STAGE 3 - TURNOVER EXCEEDING R50 000 p/month

A final investment is made to establish a third team and equipment for further maids.

A small monthly fee is payable to the franchisor to cover the collective marketing, administrative and accounting fees.
